♣ 테이블 예약 시 안내사항

Reservation Guidelines

    •    파티룸 예약 시, 당일 취소 및 노쇼 방지를 위해 예약금 100,000원을 사전 결제 받고 있습니다. 해당 금액은 미니멈 차지에 포함됩니다.

    •    커스텀 데코레이션 서비스 이용 시 200,000원의 추가 요금이 발생하며, 데코 범위에 따라 추가 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다. (자세한 내용은 전화 문의 바랍니다.)

    1.    입장 시 반드시 대한민국 신분증, 외국인 등록증 또는 여권을 지참해 주세요. 미지참 시 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.

    2.    예약 시간 준수를 부탁드리며, 부득이하게 지연될 경우 070-8833-4705로 연락 부탁드립니다.

    3.    정해진 예약 시간에서 지체될 경우, OV 측 판단에 따라 예약이 취소될 수 있습니다.

    4.    예약된 인원 외 추가 인원이 입장할 경우, 사전에 반드시 담당자에게 통보해 주세요. 관리자의 판단에 따라 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.

    5.    과도한 음주 및 영업 방해 요소가 있을 경우, 현장에서 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.

    6.    테이블별 권장 인원 수를 꼭 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

♣ 환불 규정

Refund Policy

항상 오르가즘밸리를 찾아주셔서 감사합니다. 파티룸 예약 취소 및 환불 기준은 다음과 같이 운영됩니다.

    ※ 커스텀 데코레이션 서비스 이용 시, 해당 비용은 환불이 불가합니다.

    •    방문 당일 취소: 결제 금액의 70% 환불

    •    1일 전까지 취소: 결제 금액의 80% 환불

    •    2일 전까지 취소: 결제 금액의 90% 환불

    •    3일 전까지 취소: 결제 금액의 100% 전액 환불

환불 요청은 반드시 예약 내역 확인 후 접수해 주시기 바랍니다.

For unlisted tables such as Bar Tables and Standing Tables, please contact us by phone before making a reservation.

♣ RESERVATION GUIDELINES

• For Party Room bookings, a deposit of 100,000 KRW is required to prevent same-day cancellations and no-shows. This deposit will be counted toward the minimum charge.

• If you wish to use our custom decoration service, an additional charge of 200,000 KRW will apply. Depending on the scale of decoration, extra costs may be incurred. (Please contact us for details.)

    1.    A valid Korean ID, Alien Registration Card, or Passport must be presented upon entry. Without valid identification, entry may be denied.

    2.    Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, contact us at 070-8833-4705.

    3.    If you are significantly late, your reservation may be canceled at OV’s discretion.

    4.    If additional guests wish to join your reservation, you must notify us in advance. Entry may be limited at the discretion of our staff.

    5.    Guests showing signs of excessive intoxication or causing disturbances may be denied entry.

    6.    Please check the recommended capacity for each table in advance.

♣ REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Orgasm Valley. Our cancellation and refund policy for party room reservations is as follows:

※ Please note that fees for the custom decoration service are non-refundable.

• Same-day cancellation: 70% refund

• Cancellation 1 day in advance: 80% refund

• Cancellation 2 days in advance: 90% refund

• Cancellation 3 days or more in advance: Full refund (100%)

Refund requests must be submitted after verifying your reservation details.
