✿ 테이블 예약 시 안내사항

Reservation Guidelines

⚫  노쇼 및 당일 취소를 방지하기 위해 예약 시 예약금 100,000원을 받고 있으며, 해당 금액은 테이블 미니멈 차지에 포함됩니다.

    1.    입장 시 대한민국 신분증, 외국인 등록증, 또는 여권을 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다. 미지참 시 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.

    2.    예약 시간 준수를 부탁드리며, 부득이하게 지연될 경우 070-8833-4705로 연락 부탁드립니다.

    3.    예약 시간으로부터 일정 시간이 경과할 경우, OV 측 판단에 따라 예약이 취소될 수 있습니다.

    4.    예약된 인원 외 추가 인원 입장 시, 반드시 담당자에게 사전 통보해 주시기 바랍니다. 관리자 판단에 따라 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.

    5.    지나친 음주 등으로 영업에 방해가 되는 경우, 관리자 판단에 따라 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.

    6.    테이블별 권장 이용 인원을 꼭 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

Refund Policy

⚫ 고객 여러분의 많은 관심과 이용에 감사드립니다. 예약 취소 및 환불 기준은 다음과 같이 운영됩니다.

    •    당일 취소: 결제 금액의 70% 환불

    •    1일 전 취소: 결제 금액의 80% 환불

    •    2일 전 취소: 결제 금액의 90% 환불

    •    3일 전 취소: 결제 금액의 100% 전액 환불

✿ Reservation Guidelines

⚫ To prevent no-shows and same-day cancellations, we require a deposit of 100,000 KRW when booking a table. This deposit will be applied to the minimum charge.

    1.    A valid Korean ID, Alien Registration Card, or Passport must be presented upon entry. Without valid ID, entry may be restricted.

    2.    Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you’re running late, contact us at 070-8833-4705.

    3.    If a certain amount of time has passed after your reserved time, your reservation may be canceled at OV’s discretion.

    4.    If additional guests beyond the reserved number wish to enter, you must notify our staff in advance. Entry may be restricted depending on the situation.

    5.    Guests showing signs of excessive drinking or disruptive behavior may be denied entry at the discretion of management.

    6.    Please check the recommended group size for each table before booking.

✿ Refund Policy

⚫ Thank you for your interest and support. Our reservation cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Same-day cancellation: 70% refund

• 1 day prior cancellation: 80% refund

• 2 days prior cancellation: 90% refund

• 3 days or more prior cancellation: Full refund (100%)

All refund requests must be made after confirming your reservation details.
